A traditional hand-hammered copper degchi (cooking and display pot) used at South Asian banquets for biryani, qorma, haleem, and slow-cooked dishes. Constructed from 1.5 mm pure copper with brass riveted loop handles for lifting. The interior is kalai-lined (food-grade tin) for safe food contact. Available in 5 capacities from 5 to 40 litres to suit different event scales. The hammered exterior creates a distinctive appearance that elevates food presentation at live cooking stations and buffet displays.
